As we gather with loved ones—both two- and four-legged—it’s the perfect time to reflect on the joy, comfort, and unconditional love our pets bring into our lives every single day. Here at Four Paws Place, we’re extra grateful for our amazing community of pet parents and the wonderful dogs who brighten our world.

Thanksgiving morning always brings two traditions we adore:

First, tuning in to the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, where the floats, music, and larger-than-life balloons bring extra sparkle to the holiday season. And right after the final balloon floats down the street, we settle in for one of our favorite annual events—the National Dog Show! 🐶

From elegant hounds to bouncy terriers and everything in between, it’s a delight to watch so many incredible dogs show off their beauty and personality. Whether you’re cheering for your favorite breed or simply admiring all the wagging tails, it’s a celebration of the wonderful companions who share our homes and hearts.
